Symbiotic Frequencies Boundaries between disciplines, cultures, and systems of intelligence are continuously dissolving under the influence of digital technologies, automation, ecological disruption, and geopolitical transformation.
Under the theme Symbiotic Frequencies, MUTEK Forum 2026 examines the relationships between artificial intelligence, living systems, artistic practices, and technological infrastructures. This edition explores how computational tools are reshaping not only creative processes, but also the very conditions through which we coexist and engage with the world.
Through talks, critical conversations, performances, and workshops, the Forum brings together voices from across the arts, research, and creative industries to imagine more ethical, sustainable, and human-centred technological futures.
Day 2 — Technology: Future Interfaces An exploration of digital infrastructures, artificial intelligence, biosignals, generative systems, and new forms of collaboration between humans and machines.
Featuring Katie Hofstadter & Memo Akten, Jackson 2bears, Claire L. Evans, Elsewhere in India, Mika Oki, Moment Factory, and several leading voices from the immersive technology sector.
